Credit Application Processing:
All customers applying for credit must, at a minimum, sign the credit application. Customers may submit their own separate information sheet but must but must supply applicable information that is not supplied on their information sheet. Incomplete forms or invalid information may delay processing and/or shipment. Please be aware that it will take 7 to 10 working days to process a credit application.

NSF Check Policy:
Customers that submit checks which are returned as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will now have their accounts changed to credit card or certified funds. These customers will be sent to collection if their account is not settled within 7 working days. There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks plus any fees associated with being placed with an outside collection agency.

Sales Taxes-California Customers:
ALL California customers purchasing material for resale must also supply a signed resale certificate. If the customer does not supply a certificate, sales tax should be charged at the applicable rate for their county. Customers outside the state do not need to supply a certificate.
