GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All business transactions are subject to our General Terms and Conditions and Product Warranty Policy.
WARRANTY POLICY
Trim-Lok, Inc. warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage to products resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or storage, and unauthorized alterations.
Trim-Lok’s warranty obligation shall be limited to furnishing substitute products for original products, which in Trim-Lok’s sole judgement, have proven defective in material or workmanship within the ninety (90) day warranty period.
Any implied warranties of merchantability or propriety for any particular purpose, shall be strictly limited in duration to that of the express warranty set forth above. In no event shall Trim-Lok be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the manufacture, sale, or use of these products under any legal theory. Said damages shall include, but not be limited to, lost profits, damage to property, or damages for personal injury. Trim-Lok’s liability shall in no case
exceed the price paid for the product claimed to be defective.
ORDER VERIFICATION POLICY
Pricing, quantities, minimums, etc. quoted on Trim-Lok.com are subject to change at the discretion of Trim-Lok, Inc. All orders are subject to verification of correct information, pricing, and inventory availability. IF your order meets criteria, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. A sales representative will contact you if your order needs any modifications. There may be variations in product availability pricing, shipping costs as well as dimensional differences between those listed on the site and the actual part.
WILL CALL POLICY
Trim-Lok will allow a 5 working day grace period after the initial will call confirmation pick up date. If your purchase order has not been picked up, in its entirety, after 5 working days Trim-Lok will invoice and ship the material at your expense.
RETURN POLICY
Trim-Lok will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number issued and marked on the return merchandise. Returns may be subject to shipping and restocking charges of 25% percent of your order value or $50.00, which ever is greater.
OVER /UNDER POLICY
Trim-Lok reserves the right to ship and bill up to 10% over and under quantity ordered on all parts.

Trim-Lok/RTP
recognizes environmental protection as one of our guiding principles
and a key component of sound business performance. We are committed to
providing quality trims and seals in a manner that ensures a safe and
healthy workplace for our employees and minimizes our potential impact
on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant
federal, state and local environmental legislation and we will strive to
use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do
We will achieve this goal by the following:
• Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into all of our decision making and activities.
• Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work.

recyclable or re-furbished products and materials where these

achieve the above, Trim-Lok, Inc. will establish and maintain an
environmental management system and review requirements, establish
targets for continuous improvement and measure our progress.
NOTE: Some ingredients used in these products, or their component materials, may not be compatible with certain surfaces. These ingredients may cause staining and or other consequential damages.
