What Is Rubber Edge Trim?
Made of either dense EPDM or neoprene rubber, rubber edge trim is used virtually anywhere a decorative or protective edge is needed. From edging sheet metal to covering rough, exposed surfaces, Trim-Lok’s highly flexible rubber trim provides excellent wear and ozone resistance while fitting most tight radius applications.
Rubber Edge Trim Applications & Solutions

EPDM vs. Neoprene Rubber Edge Protection
As you choose rubber edge protection for your application, learn about the two base materials that Trim-Lok offers: a dense neoprene rubber blend or an EPDM dense rubber.
EPDM maintains flexibility at low temperatures, while neoprene provides less flexibility at low temperatures. While both materials provide excellent wear and ozone resistance and fit most tight radius applications, neoprene resists oil and fuel better than EPDM.
